She leads the Firm’s Capital Markets, Startups, and Venture Capital practices, and is a key member of the Corporate Finance and Insolvency team.

Having rendered services across various industries as well as represented diverse clients and prepared briefs and prepared processes across all tiers of Nigerian Courts i.e. Magistrate to Supreme Court, he is currently committed to expanding his expertise through digital services.

Alaafiaoluwa is a qualified lawyer and valued member of the Firm’s litigation team, where she applies her expertise in civil procedure and corporate litigation to advance clients’ interests. Having earned her LL.B from Adekunle Ajasin University and her B.L from the Nigerian Law School, she brings both academic excellence and practical experience to her role.
She has worked alongside the Firm’s Principal in advising Business Development Service Providers and their clients on several Bank of Industry debt financing briefs, strengthening her capacity to provide commercially sound legal solutions.
Outside the courtroom and office, Alaafiaoluwa nurtures her entrepreneurial skills, an endeavour the Firm actively supports as part of her professional growth.
