With a proven track record of excellence and extensive knowledge of commercial transactions, Mo is an articulate, focused professional who has history paying attention to details and then using the results of that to make effective decisions and proffer innovative solutions to clients’ legal problems.
She heads the Firm’s Capital Markets, Startups and Venture Capital practices and is a core member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance and Insolvency team.
Mo's thirst for knowledge has given her a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law, transportation, banking, mergers and acquisition, capital markets project/infrastructure finance, power, aviation and privatisation issues.
She has successfully represented a highly diversified clientele of top-tier indigenous, international and multinational clients in various industry sectors.
